BUILD YOUR DIY WALL JUST WITH A HANDFUL TOOLS

pREPARATION

1. Check packing lists and materials supplied. In case of any missing or broken items contact your local dealer.

2. It is recommended that DIY WALL U-tracks run parallel to floor, wall and ceiling.

3. Measure and draw lines in floor, wall and ceiling.

4. Cut one wall U-track into L shape through out the full length of the track. Use Tin snips or saw to do this.

5. Mount with screws or double sided tape the "L" shaped U-track to your wall.

6. It is recommended to have 1.5 to 2 cm margin with your panels. "the panels should be 1.5 to 2 cm shorter than the height from floor to ceiling

bASIC INSTALLATION

1. Place and mount all U-tracks on floor, wall and ceiling.
*When using a door cut the required length of the door and door jamb out.
**When using a corner edge, only place the U-tracks for the first wall. Corner edge makes your wall 3.5 longer.

2. Start sliding the first panels in the tracks and make sure that the panel is straight with a level. When the panel is set screw it to the wall, floor and ceiling track.

3. Continue sliding the panels into place. For a more ridgid wall mount the panels with screws to botton and top track.

DOOR JAMBS INSTALLATION

1. DIY WALL aluminum door jambs are due to its groove easy to fit into the DIY WALL panel. Place the first vertical door Jamb to the wall.

2. Place the horizontal door jamb above the vertical door jamb. (Advised to do this with 2 persons, one person for holding the horizontal door jamb in place and one person for sliding the panels into place).

3. Slide the panels between the horizontal door jamb and top track. (Depending on the type of wall this are 2 or 3 panels: 2 for DIY WALL premium, 3 for DIY WALL standard).

4. Place the last vertical door jamb into place and slide the supporting panel into the door jamb groove.

5. Check with a level if the door jambs are straight and mount them with the delivered drill screws.

CORNER EDGE INSTALLATION

1. Before connecting the corner edge to the DIY WALL, make sure the bottom and top traxk are 3.5 shorter than the actual length of the wall.

2. Place the corner edge to the DIY WALL and mount it with screws when the corner edge is standing straight.

3. Continue with building the 2nd part of the wall.
A) Place track
B) slide panels into the tracks.

LAST PANEL INSTALLATION

1. Saw 2cm from the last panel. Place the cut-off in the bottom track.

2. Place the last panel into the top track. Push the panel till no space left, drop the panel into the bottom track.

3. Connect the tongue and groove of the last two panels.

4. Place the L-shape capping in the corner of your wall.

5. Mount the L-shape capping with screws, double-sided tape or glue.
